As a non-profit organization, UTAA is organized exclusively for charitable, literary, and educational purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Services in the State of Utah without supporting any political or religious agenda.
The UTAA’s main goal is to be a link between all Turkish speaking communities living in the State of Utah through educational, cultural, social, and recreation activities. UTAA will promote cultural events, bring families together, and help kids and adults learn Turkish language, history, and culture. Additionally, it will assist people of Turkish origin in solving various community and personal problems, welcome them to Utah, and assist permanent residents, visitors, and students.
